中秋未到,但是这款月饼什么时候吃,都很赞~

好久没烘焙,突然想念起 —— 白芸豆皮月饼。
模子是朋友从中国背来,很好用。

白芸豆去皮煮烂,加少量面粉和黄油,均分三等份:
掺入可可粉、抹茶粉各一份,另一份什么都不加,便有了三种饼皮。

用它们来包绿豆馅、红豆馅和紫薯馅,
出炉的月饼, 颜值与口感都是一流滴~

真心喜欢这款花纹清晰,颜色逼真,口味清淡的月饼。。。
