鲜莓果冻

Need health-conscious dessert for valentine’s day?
This is a very quick and easy way to create a decadent fruit dessert.

将草莓、黑莓、蓝莓及桃子切片一层层码在碗里的同时,慢慢加入煮好的琼脂(亦可用Gelatin )果汁。冷藏,吃时将碗浸在热水中数秒,倒扣、装饰。

 

 如用其它模具替代碗,又是一创意。

    哎呀~又要请教姐姐了,那水和果冻粉的比例怎么配置啊?我有一小包Gelatin是85G的。

    苓儿,我用的是琼脂(1g加50ml的水),口感比较脆。你说的Gelatin是85G的,不会是JELL-O 果冻粉吧,好像Gelatin是7g/包的。你是否先少量的水和Gelatin试试,因为每人喜爱软硬的口感也会不一样的。另,可加些糖在果汁里或吃时淋些蜂蜜。祝成功。

    苓儿,5G包装的Gelatin,加250ml的水。85g的JELL-O要加350ml的水左右。如Gelatin不够,你可以两个和在一起。如Gelatin是片状,事先要水泡软;JELL-O好像有些甜的,糖酒要少放点。以上只供苓儿参考,还是先少量的试试为好。恩,一定会好吃的,我等着^_^
