Simple Spumoni

周末,J 说过来教我钩织贝雷帽,赫赫,这可是项大工程呵,真要能学会倒是不错哦。只是有点难度,估量着自己至少得要几小时才找到那种感觉。

想到J 要陪我坐上几小时,便琢磨着做道甜心来招待。
翻出了我最喜欢的《Creative Cooking》一书。。。嗯,就试着做这款超简单的—— Simple Spumoni (是一种Italian Ice Cream)。

2 Cups     Whipping Cream
2/3 Cup   Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp     Rum
1 Can       Cherry Pie Filling
1/2 Cup   Chopped Almonds
1/2 Cup   Miniature Chocolate Chips

Combine cream, sweetened condensed milk and rum in large bowl; Refrigerated 30 minutes.Remove from tefrigeator and beat just until soft peaks form. Do not over beat.
Fold in cherry pie filling, almonds and chocolate chips. Transfer to 8 x 8- inch pan. Cover and freeze about 4 hous or until firm.
Scoop out to serve. Garnish as desired.

Ice Cream 质地很细腻,没有冰渣,味道么,从J 吃第一口的表情里我读出,自制的 Ice Cream 成功咯!

 

没有Cherry Pie Filling,我做了些焦糖,mix with fresh strawberry and blue berry. 除了黑巧克力豆,还加了白巧克力豆和太妃豆。

Tip: 在冷冻过程中,最好要轻轻搅拌几次,以便让水果丁分布的均匀些。

    我说的不一定对,忘记了,哈~
    我是用“六间房”免费相册上传的,可以满足尺寸需要;
    就是不会像姐姐那样把图片修饰和美化一下。

    昨天晚上刚刚吃了CHEERY味道的冰激淋,觉得不太好吃,这个空投过来难度大了一点啊。。。我原来试着做过MANGO SORBET,结果从冷冻室里拿出来的时候硬棒棒的,和石头一样,哈哈^ ^!做这个东西不用那个叫做ICECREAM MAKER的东西吗?

    妞妞,我也不是很crazy about cheery too, 所以么改了Recipe,做这个东西不用那个叫做ICECREAM MAKER,还超简单涅。
