意大利饼干

 

                   Believe it or not, I’ve not stopped baking since I’ve got my coffee Roaster;

                    一日之际在于晨。清晨是新的开始,一天的心情往往受早上的心情影响。
                    解决之道:给自己一个最 FRESH 的早餐,很重要哦。

                   Believe it or not, under this roof, I am the only one that has a sweet tooth;

                   总不能因 ONLY ONE,做无谓的“献身”吧?!
                   解决之道:换位思考,尊重对方;早餐晚餐,有分有合。

                   Believe it or not, I will carry my sweet tooth through to the end… ^@^

                   反正,这口号,至今还能这么呼吧!
                   解决之道:我在故我BAKE。

 

 

                               刚从绫子那里学了一款她闭着眼睛都会做的点心 — 意大利饼干Biscotti 。

 

 

原料:

鸡蛋:                              3 个
白糖:                              3/4 杯
奶油:                              3/4 杯(一条半)加热化开
小苏打:                           1 勺
牛奶:                              3/4 杯
酸果干(dried cranberries)  1 把 (如果没有,用葡萄干代替也可以)
杏仁精                              1勺(香草精也可以)
白兰地                              2勺 (不放也可以)
面粉                                 3 杯
杏仁片(almond flakes)       3 杯 (放这个是为了杏仁味和松软, 如果没有,可多加一杯面粉,再加碎杏仁)

将上述备料放在一个大盆里搅拌均匀,摊在烤盘上,象一个大饼,进烤箱350度,烤至稍黄,取出晾凉,切成长条(如图)。吃时,取一两条,放进烤箱加热。店里卖的通常较硬,如果喜欢硬的,就烤时间长一些,此饼干配咖啡最佳。

 掺了些全麦粉,颜色偏黑。还有么,一不小心将牛奶加多了,口感偏软。下回再做!

    我从不坐自己的沙发,嫌太软。
    这回甜点做的不理想,有点没劲,坐下再说。
    想想么,反正是给自己吃的,凑合些吧。
    绫子说她闭着眼睛都会做了,我怎么瞪着大眼,还是将奶多加了呢?
    嘿嘿,要是在实验室,可就是N天的工作全飞咯 。。。

    I really think YN should stop posting pics of her exquisite looking dishes.  I don\’t know about Russ, but every time I see these pics, my grabby hands tend to reach to the fridge.  Now how am I supposed to lose any weight like that?!

    I think that it\’s great for you to have a good appetite before sleeping. You what I always watch TV during 12:00am – 1:00 am, there is a program of < Iron Chef  America > in the food channel, it is really nice to have a mouth watering then fall asleep and have a good dream…. * _ ^

    还有,这次还推出了一个线上编辑BLOG的软件: Windows LiveWriter, 包含了拼字检查、插入表格,新增分类等等功能。Home 变成了What\’s New、BLOG 多了Summary ( 一个月)和 Entries (两个月?)。。。 
     
    我这个人比较守旧,熟悉了一样东西就不太愿意折腾,恨那种找不到北的滋味^@^

    I can\’t use Windows Live Writer——-I am still using Windows 2000, THE best Windows MS ever written.  Personally I think XP is a joke.  Vista is just too new to be stable.  Windows Live Writer does not run on 2000.
     
    I seems to have no problems uploading photos eh.

     I was sooo frustrated due to not able to add photos to my album.
     
    Only one thing I could think about it is, after having installed Windows Live Writer…
    If I have a problem, I have a solution …
    Ha, finally, everything is OK now.

    I was told that years ago, Italian sailors took Biscotti on their voyages and needed something to eat for many months. So, they made Biscotti harder that would keep it long time… 
    是啊,我是想用sacrifice,它含有更多的意思,感觉上来得更soft些,中文的表达就显得生硬,故打上引号来凑合。哈,不愧你是搞语言的,能查觉到。
