酒酿追(醉)忆

无论离家、思家还是恋家,都会和儿时的甜酒酿连在一起。

除了每年回国过过甜酒酿瘾外,自己也试做了几次,不是酸了?就是淡了?总不那么到位,只好去超市“求援”。可是往往在最想吃的时候,却偏偏缺货,留下的只有那份遗憾,包含了一抹乡愁、还有儿时的朦朦胧胧,浓浓淡淡的回忆。

直到最近与JL 聊天时,在她的经验传授及查阅数篇资料下,自制的甜酒酿终于“一炮打响”!

看到水汪汪的米酒绕着晶莹剔透的酒酿,轻轻晃晃,那满心的欢喜随着米酒醉香的晃动荡溢。尝一口,香醇,厚厚的,甜蜜蜜里蕴着浓浓的后劲,像“滔滔江水,连绵不绝”,大有飘飘欲仙的醉意。嘿嘿,这才是自己执著一直在寻找的儿时*甜*酒*酿*~ ~ ~

记得小时候,外婆有一个专有的白米饭罐子,时常自己津津有味吃上几口,可就是不让我碰,说那是“馊了的饭”,还将它藏在我够不着的高处。“告状”后除了看到妈妈哭笑不得的样,还是一团迷呵~~~

直到有一天,我踩在椅子上,抱起“神秘的罐子”胆大的“偷”吃了一口,哇!好甜啊,甜的舌头微微发麻。原来“馊饭”这么好吃啊?!

之后才知道它的大名— 甜酒酿。

以后当我长大了些,早饭总有一碗冒着热气的酒酿鸡蛋。记得妈妈还说:女孩子更要多吃哦!

。。。

“好极了,今后咱家不愁没酒酿吃了”直至老公拍拍我的肩,才回到现实中。

得!分明是想再次考验我不成?!

    YN, I am leaving on a vacation to Nanjing on Mar 13, and will be back on the 28th.  I don\’t know how easily I can accquire internet access there, so you may not see me for quite some time  =)
     
    Gonna miss this place!
     
    By the way, I\’ve just discovered your friend 茯苓\’s blog.  They say that ladies from Shanghai possess some of the highest tastes and are among the most elegant.  I have to admit they are right =)

    From your description and photos, you have made 很好的甜酒酿. It realy is that 青 is derived from blue but better than blue. Looking forward to tasting your 甜酒酿.

  7. “馊饭”真好吃啊!哈哈哈哈哈!我也超喜欢吃!小时候卖酒酿的挑着担子到弄堂里来,两个大木桶,每次买酒酿就会求人家“多给点汤多给点汤噢!”那个“汤”就是最好吃的甜酒啦!
