Life is all about seizing the moment and being happy.

Office Yoga – Eye Strengthener

Are you the one which spend all day and night in front of the computer and lose track of time?
You might have sore shoulders, neck pain, wrists ache…
Using these simple yoga postures to help you feel a better throughout your workday.
As you start each stretch, take nice deep breaths…
Step 1:  Relax face, drop jaw a little.
Step 2:  Look up to 12 o’clock – do not lift head.
      Step 3:  Look to 3 o’clock – head forward.
      Step 4:  Look to 6 o’clock – head forward.
      Step 5:  Look to 9 o’clock – head forward.
Step 6:  Place hands on eyes for a moment. Repeat as needed.

This pose strengthens eyes, is especially great for tired eyes.
You might feel uncomfortable, which is natural,
but, be aware of your body,
it will tell you to stop,
if is not OK.

Nice blending of colours.  Let me guess, you took a screenshot of the blog\’s background, pasted into photoshop, sampled the green with the eyedropper, and applied to this comic lady.

Yeah I skimed through the site, quite interesting I have to say.
Sad thing is I work 15-16 hours a day, which leaves me literally no free time whatsoever to appreciate it.
So I appreciate HERE instead =)
    Cheers friend.
